With the integration of email in TFS 13 and the introduction of SMS in TFS 12, it has never been so simple to ensure you stay in communication with your Vendors and Referrers making sure they are up-to-date on everything that is happening with your business. The Tools / Companies screen provides you with several tools which make this process a lot easier.

1Select the entity role of the type of companies that you want to work with.
2Select the Owner of the entities that you want to work with

Select the Rank of the entities that you wish to work on. You assign the Rank in the entity Marketing screen.

4Last Contact dates - You can maintain the Last Contact dates on the Entity marketing tab. Double click on the required entity to view and edit.
5Next Contact dates - You can maintain the Next Contact dates on the Entity marketing tab. Double click on the required entity to view and edit.
6 and 7

Company and Contact Email address.  Double click on the address and the email dialog will open.

When you send an email from this screen it will be written as a comment against the company entity as opposed to the company contact entity.

8 and 9Company and Contact Mobile numbers. When you double click on either of the mobile numbers the Communicate dialog opens and you can send an SMS message.
