The Client Address/Telephone screen allows users to manage the address and telephone details for a client.

  • From the Client menu, select Address/Telephone.
  • From the sidebar, select Client then Address/Tel.

The Online Map button is used to open Google Maps to the entered address. The Online Map field can be used to enter the full URL address for an address.

  1. Select the Addresses list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
  2. Press the New button. The Address dialog will be displayed.

  1. Enter the address details.
  2. Click the OK button.

Note

The Custom? field allows the user to specify a non-standard address, such as a foreign address.


Note

Copy Address button (Image Modified) is located next to the Address group. If you have already created contacts, this button allows users to copy address details from the contacts into the clients own details.
