TFS 13 introduced the ability to email clients and contacts directly from within TFS. The functionality detailed here relates to TFS 13 or higherThis article relates to functionality introduced in TFS 13

The Client Overview screen has 4 areas that you can instigate an email from;

  1. Name - This will initiate an email to client email defined in the Email field in the bottom section of the screen.
  2. Email - This will initiate an email to the client email address.
  3. Trust - This will initiate an email to the Trust entity email address.
  4. Foreign Body - This will initiate an email to the Foreign Body.

All comments are made against the client entity.
