Image Added In the example above you can see that there is an item in the template section with 100% next to it. This is showing that 100% of the remaining revenue after the end split is to be divided. Dividing the Group SplitThe Group Split is taking a portion of the revenue to be divided by End Splits or Group Splits. To add a split to a Group Split first click on the the item in the Template window Image Added When you now add subsequent splits they will be against the Group Split as opposed to the Revenue.

The Complete? now has a Image Added because all of the revenue has been allocated. Below is an example of how the split looks when it is applied. - Take $200 off the total and this leaves $900. This is the value to be divided in the Group split.
- The Broker for the deal receives $450.00
