  1. From the Groups list, select a Checklist Group. The Checklist Item list will be updated.
  2. Click New. The Checklist Item dialog will be displayed.
  3. Enter the details, and select the appropriate Response Template.
  4. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new Checklist Item will be created.

Tip

The Copy button can be used to create a new duplicate Item. From the Item list select the record to be copied followed by the Copy button.
