Enabling the new screen section below to use the new screen.

1. You can choose the entity role of the entity that the person is attached to.
2. You can filter to

1. the owner (As specified on the Marketing tab of the entity screen) of the entities
2. You can filter to the Rank  (As specified on the Marketing tab of the entity screen) of the entities
3. You can filter the date ranges of Last and Next contact.
4. You see who the person entity is a contact for.
5. You can see the Last Contact date (This is maintained in the entity screen which you can edit by double-clicking on the relevant person and going to the marketing tab).
6. You can see the Next Contact date (This is maintained in the entity screen which you can edit by double-clicking on the relevant person and going to the marketing tab).
7. You can see the Last Comment that was entered against the entity (This is maintained in the entity screen which you can edit by double-clicking on the relevant person and going to the comments tab).

Enabling the new screen

To use this new screen follow the steps below;

1. Select Security \ Preference.
2. Select TFS Main Program \ Appearance \ Tools.
3. Select -251 Custom People Screen.
4. Click on Modify
5. Enter a value of 2.
6. Click on OK.
