When customers are integrated from Framework to the Platform they are created as virtual contacts. Before they can access Onsite Inspect they must register. This article shows you how this is done. You should create your own documentation outlining the procedures you want your customers to take.
In Platform / Contacts locate the person that you want to invite. They will have a ? over their image indicating that they have not registered and are virtual. If they do not have this and you are sure that it is the right person they may have already registered.
Click on the Contact and select Invite.
Give them the Onsite Inspect - User role.
They will receive an email inviting them to register. The email will have the licensees branding.
When they click on the Register button a browser will open and they can enter their details.
They can then download the Onsite Inspect app for either Android or iOS devices.
