The Forecast Claims Period screen manages periods of time for the purposes of applying a revenue forecast. Once a period is created, the Update Job button can be used to apply the period to all jobs in construction so that the forecasts can be completed on the Forecast Progress Claims screen.

Periods of time will be created for all jobs in construction that have a Site Start Actual date. |
From the Forecast Claims Periods list, select a forecast period.
Click Update Jobs. A confirmation prompt indicating the number of jobs that will be updated will be displayed.
Click OK to proceed.
Creating A Forecast Claim Period
Click New. The Forecast Claims Period dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Click OK. The dialog will close and a new forecast claim period will be created.
