The purpose of the call forward programme is to record the scheduling of trades and suppliers as the job progresses through the construction stage. The Call Forward Programme screen displays every call forward item for the current job, its trade and supplier allocations, and the progress of the call forward item over time.

Before applying a template, ensure the correct job is displayed in the context bar. |
Click Template. The Create Call Forward Programme confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to create a new call forward programme for the selected job. The Select Template Call Forward Programme dialog will appear.
Select the required call forward programme template.
Click OK. The dialog will close and the template call forward programme will be applied to the currently selected job, updating the Call Forward Programme list.
Modifying Call Forward Information

When the required job has been selected:
From the View drop-down list, select Call Forward Programme (Labour). The Call Forward Programme list will be updated.
From the Call Forward Programme list, select the required item.
Click Edit. The General tab of the Call Forward Programme Item dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Select the Notes tab.
Enter any notes, if required.
Click OK. The dialog will close and the call forward programme item will be updated.
