Procedures
Filtering The Month Diary Items List
The diary filter is used to customise the way in which the diary screens will appear on the day, month, and year views of the diary.
Click Filter. The Item Count tab of the Select Diary Filter Options dialog will be displayed.
Select the required filter options.
Select the Day Shading tab.
Edit the required options.
Click OK. The dialog will close and the required filter options will be processed.
Creating A Diary Entry
Click New. The General tab of the Diary Entry dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Select the Notes tab.
Enter any notes.
Click OK. The dialog will close and a new diary entry will be created.
