In this screen, you can access all of the files linked to a Framework / project. To find the project start typing either its name or project reference and matching objects will be displayed.

The access to the Linked Files in Framework can be dynamically linked so that when you select a project in Framework the same project will be displayed in the DMS linked files section. This will only happen if you have added valid credentials for the DMS within Framework. The preference for this must also be configured. |

When a project is selected in Framework the DMS Framework Linked Files screen will show the same job in your browser.

When you select the object, you will be presented with the folder structures that are associated with the object.

When you click on a folder within a structure, you will see a panel to the left which shows the documents that have been added to the folder.

When you hover over one of the documents, you are given the option to view or download it.
To add a document;
Click on the folder that you wish to add the document to.
Click on the Add Document button, and the following dialogue will be displayed.
