In the Client Services screen, you define entities that are tied to the client such as their accountant, their solicitor or their landlord. You can now email these entities directly from TFS. If you want to use an email template (You can just do a blank email) you can create one in TFS Administration. In the Client Services screen, you can click on the email icon next to the entity that you want to communicate with. You can then select the required email template.
A comment is made in the CRM/ Comments screen
