The Client/Job Diary screen is used to display all diary appointments and tasks for a single client or job. Appointments and Tasks on thethe Client/Job Appointments list are sorted by date with the most recent dated appointment appearing at the top.
New diary entries can be entered by clicking the New button.
Procedures
Creating A Diary Entry
- Click New. The General tab of the Diary Entry dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the details.
- Select the Notes tab.
- Enter any notes.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and a new diary entry will be created.

The General tab is used to enter basic information about a diary entry, including location, staff details, date and time, and client contact details.

- Yes: The diary entry is an all day event.

Available block time periods for the diary entry. Click the Block Time drop-down list to select a block time diary entry period. The Time From and Time To fields will be populated.
Tip: If the available block times are not applicable, select [Not Applicable] and enter the Time From and Time To fields.

Diary Entry Dialog - Notes Tab
The Notes tab is used to enter any instructions and results relating to the diary entry.
