The Application Linked Files screen allows users to manage the locations of client files. These files could included anything that relates to a client such as references, bank statements, etc.

  • From the Application menu, select Linked Files.
  • From the sidebar, select Application then Linked Files.

  1. On the Folder Browse screen click on the folder that you wish to upload the file to.
  2. Click on the Upload button and the Select File to Upload dialog will be displayed.

  3. Locate the file that you wish to upload and click on Open.
  4. The file will appear in the Linked Files panel.

  5. The document will now be physically located in the Application Linked File directory. You can click on the Explore button to open the physical directory in Windows Explorer.
