The Maintenance Work Flow Tools screen lists Maintenance Requests or Maintenance Request Items that have not been completed.

The two Tools are Maintenance Request and Maintenance Request Items.
From the Select Work Flow Tool/View panel, use the first drop-down.
Select the Tool required.
Either go on to select the View and Filters or select the Refresh button to repopulate the list.
