Solution
This indicates that there are some specific dll files that are required for the installed environment. These are . DotNet 3.5 needs to be installed. This is available from Insula’s FTP site for Workstation installs.
On a Server this will need to be added using Server Manager to add the DotNet 3.5 Feature.

Go to ftp://ftp.insulagroup.com.au/Shared%20Applications/Core%20Components
Select dotnetfx35.exe for download.
In the downloaded location, click to execute.
If requested to get download and install additional files, select Yes.
Depending on the environment, a restart may be required.
