1. Select the Entity Role you would like to update
2. Highlight the Entity you would like to update and click the edit button to change an existing role, or add a new one.
   
   
   
3. Select the Roles Tab
   
   
   
4. Select the Role you would like to update and click on the edit icon
   
   
   
5. Update the To Date to Today's Date and the Inactive? Field to Yes. This remove the entity from the Framework Popup list.   
   
   
   
6. If adding a new role, press the + button, then select the region/division this role should apply to, then press OK.
