When using the prefix and Last number together you can set the prefix to AA#### and the last number to 0 and this will set the next Number to AA0001.

In order to change an out-of-sync job / client / file number, you only need to edit the job/file/client number to a number that is higher than that of your current. E.g. Job 480 but no File/Client # 477-480. You would then have to make the last number 481 to ensure that they all can line up as expected. |
