A house specification is the creation of a single item from a combination of a house type, series, façade, and siting. The Specification screen is used to manage house specification combinations that are available for a selected house product.
Promotion
Promotion refers to a period of time during which a house product's pricing and/or inclusions apply. The Promotion screen is used to manage promotions for the enterprise.
Example: Spring/Summer 2012/2013, Winter 2013, etc.
Creating A Package
- From the Promotion drop-down list, select a house promotion.
- Click New. The House Package dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the details.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and a new house package will be created.
