This is a status used to describe jobs that are pending cancellation. It is given by entering certain information into Framework EcmECM.
For this to occur, you need to navigate to the client tab, then to jobthe Job Overview screen. This will bring up information relating to the job you currently have selected.

To put a job on hold, go to job hold the Job Hold screen under the same client tab, and select new. After entering in any information relevant to the job hold, click OK and it will automatically update the status of the job to ‘On Hold’.
To To revert a the job hold, simply delete re-edit the job hold item in question. If you would like to keep track of the job hold, then edit the hold to be completed (if it took place)you had created, and put in an actual release date. This will change the job status back to Active.
