Note: These instructions can only be performed if you have purchased a CAL for Delays Management. If no Delays licence is present, you can use the existing Delay Reasons.
- Open the Framework ECM
Navigate to the Administration Module
Navigate to Production>Delay Reason
Administration application. - From the sidebar, select Production, then select the Delay Reason option.
- Click the drop-down under Select Delay Class and select the applicable class, in this example we'll be adding a e.g. Public Holiday.
- Click NewNew in the bottom right of the screen.
- Set a Name and Reference for the Delay Reason and set Credit Cst Progress?to to either Yes or No.
Note: Selecting Yes will credit the supervisor when using Logistics Forecasting. In the case of a Public Holiday, this would usually be set to Yes.
Click OKThis is usually advised on a non-possible working day to ensure accurate forecasting for supervisors. - Click OK
