The Sent Notifications allows you to see all notifications that have been generated by the system. 
- You can use the Filter option to only show specific notifications.
- Click on the hyperlink to see the details of the notification.
- Indicated who the notification was sent to.
- Shows when the notification was sent.
- Click to archive the notification. (This does not delete it and you can show it by selecting the Archived checkbox.
Clicking on the Send Notifications button allows you to send a non system generated notification; 
- Add recipients who you want to send the notification to.
- Enter a title for the notification.
- Enter the details.
