If the durations set against the tests are unrealistic, staff will ignore the tests, thus negating the benefits of configuring work flow analysis tests. Once the tests have been implemented for a period of time and if the durations are being met, consideration can then be given to reducing the durations (where this can be done) to provide a new goal for staff to strive to achieve.
