By default, the Value Ranges list is ordered alphabetically. It is a good idea to use a standard naming convention so that value ranges that will be used together are listed together.

- Click New. The Specification Value Range dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the details.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and a new value range will be created.

- From the Value Ranges list, select a value range.
- Click Copy. A message prompt will be displayed.
- Click Yes to copy the selected specification value range.
- A copy of the specification value range will be created with the same name as the copied value range appended with the (Copy).
