- Open up the client management module and search to the appropriate job number that this is occurring for.
- Click on the contacts folder and select the secondary contact.
- Change the secondary contact to a primary contact as shown above.
- Then, swap back the secondary and primary to reflect how the clients were originally (an inverse of previous steps)
- To test, run a mail merge document that includes a sSecContactFull sSecContFull merge, this fix should generate the secondary contact name correctly.
