At their most fundamental, streams describe a set of criteria or fields and the output format to be used when processing a marketing campaign. Streams are useful because one campaign may have different outputs. You would create a different stream for each campaign output.

When you are doing either a CSV or Excel campaign you have to pick the fields that will be extracted.

When you have defined the fields that you want to extract you can then define the criteria for the entities that you wish to extract. /wiki/spaces/TFSKB/pages/48857298. |

When you have entered the criteria click on the Run Stream button (Shown below) You will then be taken to the Review Entitites for Marketing screen. This screen shows you all of the entities that will be extracted. You can deselect and select any single line by double clicking on the tick You can deselect all the entities by clicking on the button. You can ensure all records are selected by clicking on the button. When you are satisfied with the records that will output click on the button. |
