Data Conversion Data Grooming Process

In the Framework application Framework Advanced Register Management (FWARM), a register has been created which lists basic information that should be updated for jobs that have been converted into Framework from another system (i.e. Databuild).  This register includes the following basic content:

...

Updating this data across the converted jobs will include basic information required against a job and also ensure that it is in the correct Work Flow stage for reporting purposes.  Updating data into these fields within FWARM will result in the data being updated immediately into Framework.

DATA GROOMING

Running the Register in FWARM to commence the data entry for data grooming

  1. Log into FWARM and select “Register” from the two options on the Home page:

  2. Select the “Data Conversion Data Grooming Register” Workbook and “Data Conversion Data Grooming Register“ worksheet as per the below two screen shots.

  3. A list of all the converted jobs will appear
  4. Start entering the data for the selected jobs in the fields listed.  Any field shaded yellow (i.e. job number) is just shown on the Register for information purposes and cannot be edited/updated.

...

If you would like to add fields to the Register to capture additional content as part of the data grooming of the jobs or remove any fields as they are not required, please advise the Insula consultant and they will update the Register.

REPORTING
