  1. Click the New button. The Financial Account Template dialog will be displayed.

  2. Enter a name.
  3. Click the Short Name Copy button (Image Modified) if the short name is to be the same as the name.
    OR
    Enter a short name.
  4. Enter label descriptions. 
  5. Click the OK button. The Finance Account Template dialog will close.

Note

 The label descriptions will form the Item column (column B) of the Finance Accounts dialog within TFS. See image below.
