The Contact Address/Telephone screen allows users to manage the address and telephone details for a contact.

Select the Addresses list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
Press the New button. The Address dialog will be displayed.
Enter the address details.
Click the OK button.

The Custom? field allows the user to specify a non-standard address, such as a foreign address.

A Copy Address button ( ) is located next to the Address group. If you have already created contacts, this button allows users to copy address details from the contacts into the clients own details.

Select the Telephone Numbers list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
Press the New button. The Telephone dialog will be displayed.
Enter the telephone details.
Click the OK button.
