The Select Job dialog allows users in Production Management to enter a known job number for quick selection. Should the required job not be found, the Search button can be clicked to open the Search dialog for a more detailed search.

Searching

The Search dialog allows users to search for a client using a number of search criteria. Change the search criteria if the required client is not found.

Note: All search criteria is case insensitive.

Performing A Search

From the File menu, select Search. The Search dialog will be displayed.Press F4.
Enter the search criteria.
Click Search.
From the Search Results list, select an item.
Click OK. The Search dialog will close and the selected client will be displayed in the context bar.

Search Buttons	Description
Image Added	Click to return all search criteria to default.
Image Added	Click to remove all entered search criteria.
Image Added	Click to populate the Search Results list based on the entered criteria.
Image Added	After highlighting a client in the Search Results list, click OK to select that client. The Context Bar (seeContext Bar) will update with the new client's details.
Image Added	Click to close the Search dialog.
