The Select Job dialog allows users in Production Management to enter a known job number for quick selection. Should the required job not be found, the Search button can be clicked to open the Search dialog for a more detailed search.
Selecting A Job
- From the File menu, select Select. The Select Job dialog will be displayed.
Tip: From the toolbar, select IMAGE or Press F3.
- Enter a full job number.
- Click Select to display the job in the context bar.

Searching
The Search dialog allows users to search for a client using a number of search criteria. Change the search criteria if the required client is not found.

Important: If users access a client from a different region/division, the user is logged out of the current one and into the second region/division. The status bar at the bottom of the screen displays your current region/division.
Search Buttons | Description |

Click to return all search criteria to default. | |
Click to remove all entered search criteria. | |
Click to populate the Search Results list based on the entered criteria. | |
After highlighting a client in the Search Results list, click OK to select that client. The Context Bar (seeContext Bar) will update with the new client's details. | |

The Search dialog will vary depending on whether it is being used in Production, Client Management or Land Management.
