The first thing you need to do is add the role of broker to the Staff record. This is don done from TFS Administration.

1. Select Entity / Entity.
2. Click on the Entity Role of Staff.
3. Click on the Staff Entity that you wish to edit.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Click on the Roles / Account tab.
