The Trading Names screen is used to enter any trading names associated with a client.

- From the Client menu, select Trading Names.
- From the sidebar, select Client then Trade Names.

- Click the New button. The Trading Namedialog will be displayed.

- Enter the trading name details.
- Click the Short Name Copy button (
 Image Added) if the short name is to be the same as the name.
OR
Enter a short name. - Click the OK button.
