  • From the Contact menu, select Services.
  • From the sidebar, select Contact then Services.

  1. Click the Edit button to change the screen into Edit Mode.
  2. Click the Company popup button (Image Added). The Select [Service Provider]dialog will be displayed.
  3. From the Entity Role drop-down list, select the required entity role, such as 'Accountant'.
  4. Enter all or part of the entity's name in the Name field to further filter the Entity list.
  5. From the Entity list, select the required service.
  6. If you know the name of the contact and it is displayed in the list, select the required contact from the Contacts list.
  7. Click the OK button.


Note

If a service provider is changed at any time and you have applications, you will be prompted to update those applications with the new changes.

  3. Select the required template style.
