The Contact Marketing screen contains the marketing preferences for a selected contact. The screen also lists any SmartCampaigns that the contact has been involved in and any broker groups to which the contact belongs.

- From the Contact menu, select Marketing.
- From the sidebar, select Contact then Marketing.

If the client record has a broker assigned to it the same broker will be set as the owner of the contact. If a contact is added from an existing contact the Ownership will stay as that of the original broker whom the contact belongs to. |

- Select the Preferred Cont. Method by clicking on the popup button.
- Select the required Preferred Contact Method and then click OK.
