How to add a report template

  1. From the Category drop-down list, select a report category.
  2. Click the New button. The Report Template dialog will be displayed.
  3. Select the category, if required.

Select a report type.

Select a criteria method.

Enter the name for the report.

Click the Short Name Copy button () if the short name is to be the same as the name. OR Enter a short name.

Select the Use Native Report Engine status.

Select the Use Native Report SQL status.

Select the Can Print? status:

Yes (default): The report can be printed.

No: The report cannot be printed.

Select the Can Preview? status:

Yes (default): The report can be previewed.

No: The report cannot be previewed.

Select the Can Export? status.

Enter the notes, if required.

Enter the Base SQL Query, if required.

Click the Groups tab.
