  1. From the Drafting Type drop-down list, select the drafting type.
  2. Click New. The General tab of the Drafting dialog will be displayed.
  3. Enter the details.
  4. Select the Management tab.
  5. Enter the details.
  6. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new drafting item will be added.

Important : The order of the drafting records for each type is determined by the dates included.  If a new record is created but the dates are absent or occur prior to the existing record, the existing record will still be the primary.
