Important: Diary entry types are pre-set and have very specific actions within the diary. Therefore, diary entry types cannot be added or permanently removed.
Diary Entry Description
The Diary Entry Description screen manages the diary descriptions for each of the current diary entry types. As diary descriptions may change over time, new items can be added, and existing ones can be modified or deleted.
The items viewed in the Diary Entry Description list are related to a selected diary entry type.
Diary Location
The Diary Location screen manages the list of locations that can be selected for a diary entry. Being able to book a location as part of the appointment provides more detailed information on the appointment but can also act to reserve a location.
Diary Block Time
Block time is a period of time that can be assigned to a diary appointment, task, or restriction. The Diary Block Time screen includes a list of the typical time blocks that are available for selection in the Framework ECM diary. Times can be created or modified, as required.
Diary Description Staff

The list that is used to select individual staff members is derived from the Entity screen. If a staff member is not found on the list, first enter them via the Entities screen as a staff member.
Diary Description Location
The Diary Description Location screen manages appointment locations available to a specific diary entry type.
Diary Description Time

The list that is used to select individual staff members is derived from the Diary Block Time screen. If a required location is not found on the list, then they must be entered through the Diary Block Time screen in the diary group.
Calendar
The Calendar screen is used to manage global, non-possible working days. Creating non-possible working days will disallow appointments from being created.
