Hi Peta

I have turned on linked files for all contexts. When you create a new client the folders will get created automatically.

If it is an existing client you can follow these steps to create the directories

 

1)      Select DB Tools

 



 

2)      Select Folder Management – Create Missing Client Folders. IMPORTANT set apply to Current Client.

 



 

 

The directory structure is then created.

 



 

Each of the APP directories has the sub directories
