A Municipality is added to Framework via the Administration Module (within the ECM)

  1. Open the Administration module using the Framework Explorer iconImage Removed
  2. Click on the Entity tab on the left-hand side bar
  3. Click on the Entity tab on the left-hand side bar
  4. Click on the New button on the bottom right to add a new Municipality
  5. Click YES to create a new entity (municipality) not already set up in Framework
  6. Select 'Corporation' and click OK to add the details of the Municipality
  7. On the General tab, add the Name and Reference for the Municipality.  If you have any other information as per the content on the screen (A.C.N, A.B.N.), you can add this here too
  8. Add the address for the Municipality by clicking on the New icon on the toolbar of the Address tab
  9. Select the appropriate Address Description and then add the address details
  10. Add any telephone numbers and email addresses for the Municipality by clicking on the New icon on the toolbar of the Telephone tab (create telephone numbers and email addresses as per the steps for adding an address)
  11. If there is a specific contact at the Municipality, click on the New icon on the toolbar of the Contact tab (create a contact as per the steps for adding an address)
  12. Click OK to save the new Municipality
