- Navigate to communication → System email
- Change the category from the drop down to Claims Emailing
- Select the relevant email and email template
- Edit the template to change what is contained in the email
This supports HTML - so there is the possibility to play around with different text types, colours and bold/underlined/italicised text.
Once you have edited this email template, you can change the text which you would like to remain constant (i.e. hard-coded/static). You can also add in fields using the 'Insert Field' feature, which will then populate this information from relevant locations in Framework once the email is sent.
