Organisation

In Framework Cloud we will use Dimensions to define the Area’s that the teams can work.

Creating the Contact Resources
The Resource Contact screen has been filtered to just show the organisation that we want to work with.

Resources are used to group the organisation's workers that will be allocated to tasks.

One person is selected as the Primary contact for the team by selecting the radio button in the Primary column.
Resource Dimensions
A Dimension is then assigned to the resource to help define which areas it covers.

Looking at the organisation in Perspective Platform we can see the resources in the Contact Resource accordion.
