Overview
This article explains what to do if you are invited to register for Onsite Safety.
Invitation
If you are working with a builder using Onsite Safety, you may be invited to register your company. You will receive an email similar to the one below.

When these have been accepted, there are 5 different areas for you to complete.
Register
On this screen, you will enter your details.

Business Profile
On this screen, you enter the details of the business that you are registering.

Invite Contacts
On this screen, you enter all your staff working with the Onsite Safety Licensee (The organisation you are being subcontracted by).

If "Onsite Worker?" is ticked, "Safety Portal User?" must be ticked. You can tick "Safety Portal User?" and not be an onsite Worker.
If "Safety Portal User?" is unticked, "Onsite Worker?" is also unticked.
If "Safety Portal User?" OR "Onsite Worker?" is ticked, the "Share With {licence name}?" is automatically ticked.
If "Share With {licence name}?" is unticked at any stage, both "Safety Portal User?" AND "Onsite Worker?" are automatically unticked (ie. if they're not shared, they cannot be a safety/worker contact).
Onboarding
On this screen, you will complete an induction for the Onsite Safety Licensee.
Required Documentation
On this screen, you will add compliance documents the Onsite Safety Licensee requires.

You can choose who can see the documents if you are working with several Onsite Safety Licensees.

Registration Complete
When you have completed the induction and added all of the mandatory compliance documents, you will see a screen similar to the one below.

You will now have to wait for the Onsite Licensee to contact you.
Requests for more information
While waiting for your onboarding request to be processed, you may receive email requests for additional information.
Approval
When you have been approved, you will receive an email advising you of the next steps you need to take.

Registering your workers
All the staff you listed will receive an email to register their details.

When they click on the Register link, they will be taken to the Onsite Safety portal, where they can enter their details.
Worker's Inductions and Compliance
Workers can complete their inductions and supply their compliance using the Onsite Eye app.

This indicates the worker must supply some compliance information. They can either click on the link or the tile.
When they click on the compliance items using the a new tab will open, and they can enter the details of the compliance item and upload a document.
Different Perspectives in Onsite Safety
The person who registered the company for Onsite Safety has Management Access to the organisation. This allows them to add and remove staff. In the example below Paul logs into Onsite Safety. Firstly he sees the portal from his own Perspective (He sees the Compliance and Inductions assigned to him.)

The Perspective will then change, and he can see all items relating to the Organisation.

Adding workers via SupplyChain
If you use SupplyChain with the Onsite Safety Licensee you can maintain your staff in the portal. To do this you must be a management contact for the company.

Click Add Staff/Subcontractor.
Enter their details.
Click Save.
Removing Workers Via SupplyChain
From the My Team page click the Pencil icon on the line of the person you want to remove.

If you choose Delete the person will not be visible to any Onsite Safety licensees and will lose all access to the portals.
Adding Workers via Onsite Safety
When logged into Onsite Safety in the company perspective (See above), there is a tab called My Team.

When you click on it you will see all of your staff.

From the My Team page of click on the Pencil icon of the person you want to remove.
