Creating A Checklist Response Group
From the Groups list, select a Response Group.
Click New. Select Yes to add the group as a subgroup of your selection, or No to create it at the same level.The Group dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Click OK. The dialog will close and a new group will be created.
Creating A Response
From the Groups list, select a response group. The Responses list will be updated.
Click New. The Checklist Response dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details, including setting the Status of the Response.
