In TFS some finance methods require some specific information on how to calculate the figures on an application. To do this you must add a 'Complex' method.

  1. In TFS Administration select Entity \ Financier.
  2. Select the Financier whom you wish to add the finance method to.
  3. Click edit and the financier record will be displayed.
  4. Left click in the state which you want to update to place a tick against it. Then right click on it to access the Complex Finance Methods.
  5. Click on the New button.
  6. Enter the relevant calculation settings, rates and stamp duty information
  7. Click on OK
