When you set this to Yes  you can then choose the Recurrence Due From which can either be from;

1. The Original Due Date.
2. The Completion Date.

The Recurrence End Date is when you want the recurrence to stop.

You can specify the Period for recurrence from

1. Daily.
2. Weekly.
3. Monthly.
4. Yearly.

When you change the period the bottom section of the screen changes
