Where there are multiple contacts against a client, the primary contact will be the default displayed in the context bar. Highlighting a specific contact and then clicking the Select button changes the contact displayed shown in the context bar. This can also be achieved by using the Cycle Through Client Contacts arrow next to the contact name in the context bar.
