Set the 'Create Client Subfolder Structure?' to Yes.

Click on To set the Client Subfolder Template

1) Select Client Folder Management

2) Select Client Subfolder Template Location.

IMPORTANT

When setting the Client Subfolder Template Location preference you need to modify each Context.

13) First set Set the Level to Context

4) Select the Context.

2) For each context click on modify5) Click on Modify.

36) Set the location of the Client template directory and click OK.

If you have multiple contexts then repeat for each context where you want the custom folder structure to be used.
