The Eros 2023.4 publication brings brought a change to how Incident Notifications are sent. The reporting of incidents has been enhanced. They are no longer sent to Safety System Admins. They are instead sent to members of one of three new contact roles associated with the severity of the incident being raised (ie. Low, Medium, High).
