Staff

Staff member entity name. A user must be linked to a Staff Member entity. If the entity does not exist, it can be created from this dialog.

User Name

User name for the staff member to login to Framework applications.

A common format for a login name is to use first initial and surname, such as tsmith, awilson, etc.


Name

Name that will represent the user when logged in to Framework applications.

The name appears as the creator of Comments, Messages, or Alerts.


User Group

User group applied to the user.

Reg/Div Restricted?

When set to Yes, the user's access in Reporting is modified to exclude Region/Divisions not allocated to them.

Reg/Div Super User?

When set to Yes, Super User attributes are assigned to the user, but only for the Region/Divisions allocated to them.

Super User?

Is the user a super user?

Super User status should only be applied to those responsible for system administration. All other users should be able to have security permission restrictions applied.
